About the Artist
Annalyse is an American Fine Artist based out of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. Her artwork focuses on textured layers of acrylic, resin, and bright color palettes, which mirror her synesthesia and tactile interpretation of the world. Her philosophy is that if we define ourselves by our work, we must find the beauty in its evolution and metamorphosis; the ability to grow and change is a powerful and freeing thing.
“‘Who are you?’ said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, ‘I - hardly know, sir, just at present - at least I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have changed several times since then.’ ”
